How To Book

You can pay for your tickets at the box office in person, call our ticket line number on 061 319866 or email boxoffice@belltable.ie. Don't Forget all performances will take place at 36 Cecil Street. Seating at this venue is unreserved and our capacity is 90 seats so early booking is advisable.

Methods of Payment

We accept cash, cheques, credit cards (mastercard and visa), Debit Cards (Laser) and Postal Orders. Gift vouchers are also accepted.

Ticket Collection

Pre-Paid Tickets: Tickets paid for in advance will be held at the Box Office until performance evening but should be collected at least 15 minutes before the advertised start time. Tickets may be posted to you if you are unable to collect them at the box office. (Please note there is a postal fee of 1Euro for this service)

Ticket Reservations: Reservations will be held pending payment until 48 hours before the performance or until 7.15pm on the performance evening whichever is sooner, after which they are automatically cancelled by the box office.

Latecomer Policy

Due to the limited seating it is essential to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before each performance, as regrettably latecomers cannot be admitted until a break in the performance. Please note this may be at an interval.

Booking Fees

There are NO booking fees and NO credit card charges applicable to tickets purchased for Belltable events.

Early Bird Offer

In order to qualify for an Early Bird Discount, tickets must be purchased at least 2 weeks in advance of the advertised first performance. Absolutely no refunds, re-sales or exchanges are available with the Early Bird Offer.

Discounts

Group Discounts available for groups of 10 or more. We offer discounts to the following on presentation of identification: Unwaged, Unemployed, Students/Sports and Social Clubs and Equity Members. Sarsfield Credit Union Members also receive a discount on all events.

Ticket Refunds/Exchange

Unfortunately tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased unless the event is cancelled.

Re-Sales

Please Note: This service is only available on performances that are SOLD OUT. We can try to resell tickets that you have paid for if you are unable to attend a performance. Please note that there is a 20% administration charge for this service and we cannot guarantee all re-sale tickets will be sold.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers can be obtained for any value and can be used as full or part payment for any event at the Belltable Vouchers can be redeemed for up to 12 months from the date of issue.

Disabled Facilities

There is street access to the building and ramp access to the theatre. Every second row of seats is available for wheelchair users if requested. A specially adapted WC is also available. Please inform Box Office staff at time of booking and we will be happy to accommodate your visit.
